On the other hand, prospective tenants just have to click on the property they are interested to rent and RentSpace will help send a message out for the agent handling the property to get right back to you.

With our SmartPins™ technology however, sellers only need to input the zip code, floor area and price (ZAP) and the technology will automatically retrieve and display all the other details on the home listing page.

When buyers view the homes listed at a certain neighbourhood, they can click on the home icons on the map, which will automatically display the locational details such as MRT stations, schools and shopping malls within a 1km walking distance radius. Now you can tell for sure which amenities are truly "nearby".

Tenants can click on a home icon on the map during their search and a balloon will pop up, displaying all the locational details that SmartPins™ had tagged to the property. Clicking on the amenities draws out the actual distances between them.
